Delivery time
Delivery time is between 0-6 weeks and depends on the order. Delivery estimates will be given to each order separately.

 

Shipping info
TRYGONS ships worldwide.

In-stock orders ship within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. All stock orders ship from our warehouse in Greece. Orders placed after 12:00pm are typically processed the following business day.

 

Shipping Costs

Domestic  and International Shipping rates are calculated at check out. You will be able to select your method and service at check out.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the location and the recipient's ability to clear customs.

 

Confirmation on Shipping

When your item has been shipped we will send you an email confirming your shipment and provide you with your tracking number.

 

International Shipping

International shipping rates may vary depending on the country that we are shipping to. Typical transit time is between 3-10 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delay of several weeks. When a package is in transit tracking is not provided for you package, we can only confirm delivery.

 

CUSTOMS FEES & VAT TAXES

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Additionally, when ordering from trygons.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from Trygons, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Trygons.

 

Lost/Missing Packages

Trygons are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Calculating Your Order Cost in a Foreign Currency

  • Returns and Refund Policy
    All items purchased from Trygons may be cancelled, exchanged or returned provided these items are returned unused, in original packaging and in pristine condition within the stipulated time period.

    You are entitled to cancel without reason and without penalty anytransaction of goods purchased from Trygons within ten (10) working days after the date of the receipt of the goods.

    Costs and arrangement for returning cancelled goods are for the customers account (unless goods have not been dispatched and we have delivered an item to you in error or an item that is damaged). International customers are responsible for the full shipping costs of  goods and are responsible for tracking of the item. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned without being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.

    Once your return is processed, you will receive an email alerting you that your return is complete.
